Did you know you're only one "add to cart" away from home ownership? Amazon doesn't sell mansions, but you can find functional tiny homes that are fairly inexpensive, inviting, easy to build, and sustainably constructed.

As you're perusing big-ticket items like robot vacuums and smart TVs during Amazon Prime Day, which starts on Tuesday, July 16 this year and is offering millions of deals across every category, why not pick up a tiny home, too? We rounded up the best five small structures, including one that looks like a luxury mountain retreat. They can be delivered to your door within a month, and they start at under $20,000.

What sets this tiny home apart from any other is the engineered wood that adds rustic warmth and charm. Similar in appearance to a traditional wooden cabin, this house comes with all the classic living areas of a conventional home and the lovely perk of a built-in porch.

The home includes two bedrooms, a kitchenette with room for a dining table, a living room area, and a full bathroom, and the layout can be customized to fit your lifestyle. The interior walls are made of a warm white-hued shiplap, and you can choose between wood-grained PVC and tile flooring. Double-pane windows minimize noise and energy consumption, and the home maximizes every inch of space for comfortable living.

This Amazon tiny home measures 19 feet long, 19 feet wide, and 8 feet tall and is made with high-quality materials, including premium steel and aluminum, for long-term durability. It has a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, and a living room, which is a particularly inviting space with a surprising amount of elbow room.

The structure is outfitted with a sliding glass door, sliding windows, and a skylight (all made from tempered glass), which allows tons of natural light to enter. According to the brand, all of the necessary assembly hardware and instructions are included with the tiny home, and two or three people can have it set up in just a few minutes. -

This 20-foot-deep home comes equipped with plumbing and electrical systems. The two-bedroom, one-bathroom residence also includes a kitchen with built-in cabinets and a fully working bathroom, and it even has a water heater. There are 11 double-pane windows throughout, which offer plenty of natural light.

The home’s front porch is the standout feature. It’s spacious enough for a small bistro set, an outdoor area rug, and a few planters. The overhead roofing is excellent for hanging string lights, which would allow you to enjoy the area at night.

This tiny home measures about 800 square feet and boasts three bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a marble shower stall. The living room is big enough for a couch, coffee table, and much more. Each room is fully separated by insulated and soundproof walls, and the exterior walls are earthquake- and wind-resistant.

While most Amazon tiny houses don’t have ratings or reviews from customers, this one has both — and they’re all five stars. "It was very convenient and spacious — really good quality," one customer wrote. A second person shared, "Awesome house for the price. You just need to find a good space of land, and you're all set."

Our final tiny home has a not-so-tiny floor plan. It comes complete with two bedrooms and two wet-dry bathrooms, each with a toilet, a standalone shower, and a sink that provides storage. Additionally, the house has a kitchen with built-in wooden cabinets and an open-plan living area that allows for separate dining and cooking spaces. There’s also a generously sized living room that's great for entertaining. The heating and cooling system ensures year-round comfort.

Whether you plan to use these tiny homes for permanent living, a home office, or an Airbnb, it's hard to deny that they’re a steal. Head to Amazon now to snap up these tiny homes while they’re still available.
