There's a new love in Tyler Cameron's life!

The reality TV star, 31, has been playing coy about who the new lady in his life is, but told Entertainment Tonight that she's "a great girl" as he revealed how they met.

"It's something that we've been working on and keeping private. But there will be a time when we come out," he said. "That's what happens – you go home and find a girl."

Cameron said that right now, they're focusing on building a "good, strong relationship" rather than sharing anything with the world.

"With social media, anytime you post something or you post your relationship, it becomes now everyone's chance to comment on it and have their views on it," he continued, adding that it's a "stage we'll cross eventually."

The Special Forces star was last linked to influencer Paige Lorenze in 2022, though their romance was short-lived and ended after only weeks, which he confirmed on an episode of E!'s Daily Pop as he said it "wasn't the right time" for either of them.

Lorenze later said that she felt weird about how public Cameron was during their brief relationship, telling Sofia Franklyn on her podcast that she felt he was "using" her to create a "media storm" and garner attention.

"I think he saw an opportunity, not that he didn't like me, but I think why he wanted to go public so fast is 'cause he's launching something soon," she said on Sofia with an F a month after they split.

Cameron was also previously linked to Gigi Hadid in 2019 – and even attended her grandmother's funeral with her and her family — but the romance was similarly b -

rief, and he later revealed that he had about $200 in his bank account at the time.

He told Jason Tartick that he was "just crossing his fingers" due to his financial insecurity, and he was sleeping on Matt James' beanbag in New York City because he had "no money."

He'd even sometimes resort to calling his dad to send him funds to afford a date, he admitted.

Still, he said he was "the happiest I've ever been" at the time, despite Hannah Brown's heartbreak at the relationship.

The former Bachelorette told PEOPLE that she "had to be strong and pretend it didn't bother me" when she saw her ex out with the model after the show aired and they attempted to rekindle things. "I was deeply hurt. I said to Tyler, 'I'd date Gigi Hadid too if I could, I get it.' But it was not the way I wish it was handled."

Brown, who is now engaged to Adam Woolard, said at the time that she was "really caught off-guard" by Cameron's behavior as they had spent the night together just days before he was seen out with Hadid, now 29.

She admitted she was "embarrassed" for a while about how things went down with Cameron following her season of The Bachelorette – during which she got engaged to Jed Wyatt but broke things off before the finale aired – but it "wouldn't have worked" between them.

"Yes, there was chemistry and we had fun together, but I don't know if I had what he wants in a person or if he had what I wanted."
