Rapper Travis Scott was arrested in Miami Beach early Thursday for disorderly intoxication and trespassing, according to Miami Beach Police public information.

The arrest was made at 4:35 a.m. and Scott, 33, was detained under his real name, Jacques Bermon Webster.

He was released on bond after paying $500 and $150 on the charges respectively, according to the report.

Scott was on a charter boat at Miami Beach Marina and was involved in a disturbance or a dispute with the boat’s crew, police told CNN. Officers were called to the marina, and he was asked to leave; the rapper left and returned, and again got into a dispute with the crew and was asked to leave again. After he refused, he was arrested.

A rep for Scott did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Scott is currently on a break before his “Circus Maximus” tour, which launched last year in North America, continues in Europe. The first date is June 28 in the Netherlands; the tour continues through August 4 in Portugal before a September date in Brazil. The tour is in support of “Utopia,” his first album in five years, which was released last summer.

Scott’s career has been marred by tragedy in November of 2021 after 10 people were killed and hundreds injured when the crowd surged at his Astroworld festival in Houston. He was not charged in the incident; investigations are ongoing although all wrongful death lawsuits related to it have been settled.
