Tobey Maguire spent time with actress Lily Chee at the star-studded White Party on the Fourth of July.

The Spider-Man actor, 49, was photographed with his arm around the model-actress, 20, at Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin's annual Independence Day party in the Hamptons, New York.

The pair followed theme in all-white outfits to the summer bash, which was also attended by Machine Gun Kelly, Megan Fox, Drake,Megan Thee Stallion,KimandKhloé Kardashian,Tom Brady, Rob Gronkoswki, C.J. Stroud,Quavo, Druski, Megan Thee Stallion, GloRilla, Emily Ratajkowski,Lil Wayne and more.

Chee shared a video and photo seemingly taken at the party on her Instagram Stories. The photo showed her gathered with a group of people under pink-colored light; she included a fireworks emoji with it.

Reps for Maguire and Chee did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's requests for comment.

Maguire most recently appeared in a 2023 episode of Apple TV+s Extrapolations. Before that, he had a part in the 2022 film Babylon and reprised his role as Peter Parker alongside Tom Holland and Andrew Garfield in 2021's Spider-Man: No Way Home.

The actor has been single since 2016, when he and his ex-wife Jennifer Meyer announced they were separating after nine years of marriage. The former couple met in 2003 and married in 2007. They share two kids, Ruby, 17, and Otis, 15.

Meyer opened up about their relationship during a 2022 appearance on The World's First Podcast, where she said, "It's been the most beautiful experience of my life having this beautiful breakup," according to E! News.

"I can't even explain. I would literally do anything in the world for Tobey. He is my brother. I love him to death and we have the most beautiful family," she added at the time, saying the pair "did a lot of work to stay on track as a family."
