It may have been raining in the City of Love, but that didn't stop the 2024 Summer Olympics Opening Ceremony from being spectacular.

The festivities kicked off with the Parade of Athletes (by boat!) and were accented by different cultural tributes, as well as incredible performancse from Lady Gaga, Aya Nakamura and opera singer Marina Viotti, among others. Clebs such as Chrissy Teigen and John Legend, Ariana Grande and Kelly Clarkson were also spotted arriving for the event against the backdrop of the sparkling Eiffel Tower.
