“I believe Carrie has a refined fashion eye and she seeks out unusual pieces and places to style with her classics,” Molly Rogers, costume designer for And Just Like That..., tells PEOPLE. “Carrie is whimsical and fearless in a way… her clothes reflect a joie de vivre.”

In 2024, Rogers envisions a collection of trench coats, cozy cardigans, and heaps of plaid in Carrie’s fall wardrobe — and we’ve found those pieces at Amazon, Nordstrom, Target, and more, starting at $24.

According to Rogers, the main staple in Carrie’s fall wardrobe is a good trench coat. We’ve seen Parker photographed around New York filming And Just Like That… in neutral trenches and colorful numbers aplenty, making styles like this oversized coat from Nordstrom an easy, where-anywhere addition.

It has a classic double-breasted design and a slouchier silhouette than most trenches, which feels very Carrie.
