Teresa Giudiceis owning up to her Photoshop fail.

During an appearance on the Tuesday, July 9 episode of Live with Kelly and Mark, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star addressed her recent social media mishap that turned into a viral sensation.

Over the weekend, the 52-year-old shared an Instagram post for Real Housewives of Miami star Larsa Pippen's 50th birthday that featured a photo of the duo in bathing suits badly Photoshopped into a beach scene. Fans quickly responded, commenting on the messy editing and making their own memes.

"Did you deliberately make it look like a Photoshop?" Ripa, 53, asked Giudice during the segment."Well, it was her birthday. I was scrambling," the reality star replied. "I was like, ‘Oh my God, it’s her birthday, I have a post a picture for her.’ We’re really close."

She continued, "That was the only picture I came across. I said, ‘Oh great, summer!’ I just didn’t like the background. And I called my assistant slash social media person and she’s like, ‘I’m in Mexico.’ And I’m like, ‘Perfect, take a picture of the beach! That’s perfect, we’re in bikinis! Put it like that.’ So it’s an actual photo but we’re just in a different place. We’re in Mexico — and now we’re all over the world."

The audience was then shown a selection of the fan-made images that circulat -

ed in response to the editing fail, including shots of Giudice and Pippen crudely Photoshopped in front of the Giza pyramids in Egypt, The Great Wall of China and and the Eiffel Tower.
