Taraji P. Henson radiated confidence at the TIME Women of the Year Gala.

On Tuesday, the actress, 53, arrived at the event in a head-turning, see-through Donna Karen dress with sequins and floral embellishments near its plunging neckline.

The sexy ensemble had a stitched design that Henson wore with long Jacob and Co. silver earrings and an elegant updo paired with a glossy pink lip and brown eyeshadow. A giant diamond ring, which Henson showed off on her Instagram, completed the head-turning look.

The Empirealum was there to celebrate her TIME Women of the Year cover, which she shared on Instagram was an "honor."

"So proud and honored to be included in TIME’s 2024 Women of the Year list alongside an extraordinary group of leaders fighting for a more equal world. Thank you@timefor this honor ????????????????#Time#WomenOfTheYear#Blessed," wrote Henson next to a photo of the announcement.

Henson was honored by the outlet for speaking out about Hollywood's pay gap.

“I’m in a movie about women who don’t have a voice and are trying to find it,” she told Time, referring toThe Color Purple, which -

was co-produced by Oprah Winfrey. “So who’s going to stand up for them?”

Since awards season kicked off in January, Henson has commanded the red carpet in a series of glam looks.

She chose a plunging green dress for the International Film Festival Awards Gala on Jan 4, followed by a magenta custom Versace gown with a thigh-high slit and chest cutout at the Emmys on Jan. 15.

Most recently, she tapped into her "Black girl magic" at the SAG Awards with a black strapless Giambattista Valli Couture gown featuring a daring neckline and dramatic train.She accessorized with a dazzling Bulgari Serpenti necklace and Betsey Johnson heels.

Before The Color Purple hit theaters, the stars of the movie-musical — Fantasia Barrino, Danielle Brooks, Ciara and Halle Bailey — celebrated in style at the premiere. Henson was a standout in a sculptural black-and-white Vlora Mustafa design.

The Color Purple, which earned a best supporting actress Oscar nomination for Brooks' performance, is now streaming on Max.
