SVU and The Voice Among NBC Premieres Announced for Fall 2024: Chicago Fire, Law & Order

NBC is announcing its premiere dates for the upcoming 2024-2025 season!

On Tuesday, July 9, the network revealed the fall premiere dates of its fan-favorite shows, includingLaw & Order: SVU,Chicago FireandThe Voice — and announced the arrival of three brand-new shows too.

NBC's premiere week will begin on Monday, Sept. 23,with the season 27 premiere of The Voiceat 8-10 p.m. ET/PT, which will be followed by thedebut of new medical drama Brilliant Minds starring Zachary Quinto.

The Voice will return with coaches Reba McEntire and Gwen Stefani and introduce first-time coaches Snoop Dogg and Michael Bublé.

Quinto's new drama, Brilliant Minds, will premiere at 10 p.m. The upcoming series is inspired by the life and work of renowned author and physician Oliver Sacks and will follow the neurologist (Qunito) and his team of interns as they research the inner workings of the human mind.

On Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 9-11 p.m., America’s Got Talent season 19 will host its season finale and be replaced on Tuesday, Oct. 1, at 10 p.m. by investigative drama The Irrational, which will kick off the Tuesday night lineup and return for its second season.

Two months later, on Tuesday, Nov. 12 at 8 p.m., the network's new comedy series, St. Denis Medical, will follow The Irrational's slot.

The mockumentary series, which was executive-produced by Superstore's Justin Spitzer and Eric Ledgin, will star Wendi McLendon-Covey, David Alan Grier and Allison Tolman and follow the medical staff in an Oregon hospital as docto -

rs and staff try their hardest to provide for their patients.

The series will continue the following week in its regular 8 p.m. timeslot, followed by the season three premiere of Night Court at 8:30 p.m. The courtroom-based comedy will then return for its third season the following week on Tuesday, Nov. 19, at 8:30 p.m.

The Dick Wolf universewill also return that last week of September, and on Wednesday, September 25 at 8, 9, and 10 p.m. ET/PT, Chicago Med,Chicago FireandChicago P.D.will premiere, respectively.

The following week, on Thursday, Oct. 3, Law & Order and Law & Order: SVU begin their seasons 24 and 26, respectively, at 8 and 9 p.m.

Then, at 10 p.m., Shanola Hampton will return for her second season in Found as missing persons advocate Gabi Mosely.

On Friday, Oct. 18, NBC will debut the new sitcom Happy's Place from 8-8:30 p.m. The new series will be followed by the return of Lopez vs. Lopez, which will air its season 3 premiere from 8:30-9 p.m.

Happy's Place will star Reba McEntire, Belissa Escobedo, Melissa Peterman, Pablo Castelblanco, Tokala Black Elk and Rex Linn, and follow a family as it tries to save its restaurant business in the wake of its patriarch's death.

All new episodes of NBC shows will also be available to stream on Peacock the day after they air.
