Suki Waterhouse Says Robert Pattinson Is the 'Dad I Could Have Hoped For' 3 Months After Welcoming Baby Girl

Robert Pattinson is the best dad to his and Suki Waterhouse's little girl.

When speaking to British Vogue for this week's cover story, the actress and singer, 32, opened up about how her fiancé, 38, is handling life as a girl dad.

The "Melrose Meltdown" singer says that when it came to the birth of her daughter in March 2024, it was the Twilight star's "calm" energy that got her through it. "He was there with me and like all dads, he was really nervous,” she recalls, “but for someone who’s quite an anxious person, he’s been very calm.”

Three months later, she says that Pattinson is the “dad I could have hoped for," adding, "I mean a dad and his daughter? It’s an actual love story.”

that she and Pattinson "really planned" on growing their family with a little one.

"No, we really planned it," she says. "One day we looked at each other and said, ‘Well, this is as ready as we’re going to be.’"

Last month, the girl dad spoke out about life with his daughter whileattending theDior Homme Menswear Spring/Summer 2025 showin Paris,France.

"Having a baby makes you feel very old and very young," Pattinson joked in aclipshared onX (formerly known as Twitter).

"She's so cute," he continued of his little one, adding, "You know, I'm amazed by how quickly their personality comes. So even at three months, I'm like, 'Oh … I can kinda see who she is already.' "
