Luna the rescue dog could sense she was going home.

In a video shared on TikTok by Walton County Animal Services in Florida (WCASFL), the black and white dog is shown moments after she learned she was getting adopted.

In the adorable social media clip, Luna stands up excitedly in a chair next to her new mom, watching over the woman as she fills out adoption papers.

Throughout the video, Luna's tail doesn't stop wagging.

"Luna waiting on her new mom to fill out adoption papers," WCASFL captioned the clip.

The shelter added in its TikTok post that "Luna stood like this the whole time her new mom was filling out her adoption papers."

Commenters on the TikTok post agreed that Luna seemed to understand that she was leaving the shelter for a forever home.

"Looking around like 'sorry, folks I'm taken,'" one commenter shared, while another wrote, "She's telling everyone 'this is my new mom.'"

Luna is the latest animal to go viral after finding a new home — her TikTok video has over 2.3 million views — and she is in good company. On Sunday, the Humane Society Naples in Florida (HSN) posted on Facebook that one of its canine residents was recently taken in by engaged couple Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi.

The pa -

ir stopped by the humane society and decided to help foster a pooch named Shark through Joey's Friends. Joey's Friendsis an animal rescue group Brown, 19, supports. It is dedicated to fostering shelter dogs and helping them through the transitional period between their rescue and a forever home, per the group's website.

In a statement to PEOPLE, a spokesperson for HSN shared: "Millie and Jake were so very pleasant and down to earth, focused solely on the well-being of our animals. At first, our staff did not even realize who they were; they seemed like just another young couple looking for a pet to adopt. Like many people who visit our shelter, they fell in love with one of our residents, Shark (renamed Jabba). It was a very positive and happy experience. They couldn't have been nicer, and they were obviously there for the right reason, to give a homeless animal a bright future."
