‘Really Happy’: Jon Gosselin and Daughter Hannah Have Lost More Than 75 lbs. Between Them

Jon Gosselin and his daughter Hannah are opening up about their health journeys!

In a new interview with Entertainment Tonight, published on Tuesday, July 16, the father-daughter duo revealed they had lost over 75 Ibs. between them since embarking on a wellness path in February.

"I feel great," Hannah, 20, told the outlet. "I'm really happy."

According to ET, the pair got a base semaglutide from Dan Holtz's Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, while Jon, 47, also received several CellSound treatments and began treating his low testosterone. They also worked out every day and kept a healthy diet.

Back in April, Jon revealed he lost 30 lbs. in two months after using semaglutide — known by brand names Ozempic and Wegovy. This was as part of the program offered by Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center.

The father of eight said at the time that the medication helped him “stop drinking” and get his “appetite under control.” -

"When I put on my pair of shorts that I wore two years ago I danced around my room. I was so happy. It was the best feeling ever," Hannah, 20, told ET. "... You probably would not have caught me in a swimsuit last summer.”

She added, “I don't even think I went to the beach. I have been spending my whole summer at the pool, at the beach, out with my friends.”

“It really is a confidence booster to know that you look in the mirror and you're happy with the way that you look,” Hannah said.

Jon, who shares Hannah in addition to her seven siblings Alexis, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel, all 20, as well as twin girls, Mady and Cara, 23, with his ex-wife Kate Gosselin, agreed with his daughter about having more confidence.

“I think confidence level. I work out at the beach and sometimes I don't wear a shirt because it's 100 degrees outside now,” he said. “Before I would just sweat through it, now I take it off. I have these things called abs. They just appeared."
