Former Dance Moms star Christi Lukasiak was arrested on accusations she was driving while intoxicated, and authorities allege she refused a blood alcohol level test.

Lukasiak, whose legal name is Christina Lukasiak, was arrested in Pennsylvania by the Murrysville Police Department in June and charged with driving under the influence, according to a criminal docket reviewed by PEOPLE.

The 47-year-old, whose family was infamously called “pathetic” by Dance Moms' choreographer Abby Lee Miller, was allegedly in a crash on June 27 when she drove her car into a tree on a road in Murrysville, police said, per CBS News.

Responding authorities allegedly noticed her eyes were bloodshot and glassy and her speech was slurred, CBS News reported, citing court records. 

Police alleged she "refused to submit to a blood draw to determine her blood alcohol content," per USA Today.

Lukasiak allegedly told police she’d had two glasses of wine that evening, per a criminal complaint cited by CBS News.

The outlet rep -

orted that police carried out a sobriety test and allegedly determined that Lukasiak was "impaired to an extent that she could not safely operate a vehicle."

Lukasiak is the mother of Chloe Lukasiak, and the pair rose to fame onthe show, which debuted in 2011 and documented children and their moms on a Pittsburgh-based competitive dance team as they trained and competed nationwide.

The two appeared in several seasons of the show.

Online court records show Christi has had other driving infractions in the past 10 years, including guilty pleas for exceeding the speed limit and driving without a certificate of inspection.

She has not entered a plea on the most recent charge, an attorney listed in her court records tells PEOPLE. He declined to comment further on the case.
