McDonald’s is bringing back a fan-favorite treat.

Starting Wednesday, July 10, customers will have a second chance to chow down on the Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder with Cheese and the Smoky BLT Double Quarter Pounder. The burgers will be available for a limited time only.

The pair of sandwiches, which were first released in 2022, feature McDonald’s signature quarter-pound beef patty, strips of Applewood Smoked bacon, American cheese, Roma tomatoes and shredded lettuce on a sesame bun.

But the star of the show is the smoky BLT sauce, which includes paprika, parsley and black pepper.

McDonald's is promising a "sweet and tangy" burger flavor with a "savory and garlicy sauce that has a lingering smokiness," per a release.

When the Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder dropped for the first time in November 2022, the restaurant paired it with the release of the limited-time Oreo Fudge McFlurry.

The fast food chain followed suit upon bringing back -

the duo of Smoky BLT burgers, re-releasing the sandwiches alongside a new McFlurry flavor: Kit Kat Banana Split.

The new McFlurry, also available for a limited time only beginning on June 10, blends vanilla soft serve with real banana bits, strawberry clusters and Kit Kat pieces.

Earlier this summer, McDonald’s kicked off a competition amongst fast food restaurants by coming out with a $5 Meal Deal on June 25. It includes the option between a McDouble or McChicken sandwich along with small fries, four-piece chicken McNuggets and a soft drink.

Wendy’s quickly followed up with their own offer: a $5 Biggie Bag, which came with a free Frosty between June 20 and June 30. Taco Bell, Burger King and Sonic also dropped their own value menus.
