The best things come in threes — and that can be true of Hallmark movies too.

During the Television Critics Association summer press tour on July 11, the network revealed its first-ever movie trilogy about love from the man's point of view — and they'll be starring three of its fan-favorite stars: Jonathan Bennett, Tyler Hynes, and B.J. Britt.

According to the network, the three Groomsmen movies will follow "the lives and romantic relationships of three best friends of different backgrounds, cultures and sexual orientations — Pete (Britt), a kind-hearted pediatrician with a penchant for planning; Danny (Bennett), an ex-jock with a heart of gold; and Jackson (Hynes), the stylish and charming social media agent — as they each find love and wedding bliss in picturesque locations Greece, Italy and Bulgaria."

Bennett and Hynes are also executive producers on the movies, all directed by Ron Oliver.

Before the big announcement, eagle-eyed fans may have suspected these three actors were cooking up something special, as they were all posting photos on social media from these gorgeous locales. Some even featured Easter eggs like a very shiny red car and a unique pink building.

This marks one of two big projects for Bennett coming later this year. Also announced at the TCA event was

>Finding Mr. Christmas, Hallmark's first reality competition show where aspiring actors will compete to land a leading role in a Hallmark Christmas movie.

The Mean Girls alum, 43, created and executive produced the series and will host it, while Melissa Peterman serves as the head judge.

Hallmark Channel has been on a winning streak of late when it comes to trios. They launched The Wedding Veil movie trilogy, starring Lacey Chabert, Autumn Reeser and Alison Sweeney, in 2022, and followed it up with a second set of movies the following year.

Further, Hynes starred alongside Andrew Walker and Paul Campbell in Three Wise Men and a Baby, which became the most-watched cable movie of 2022 — and he'll star in its sequel during this year's 15th annual Countdown to Christmas programming.

The TCA event on July 11 was an eventful one for Hallmark Media, as they also announced a big change in their streaming platform coming in September. Hallmark Movies Now will now be called Hallmark+ and will feature new and exclusive content, membership benefits and rewards, exclusive access to Hallmark experiences and events, and gifts throughout the year.

The Groomsmen movies will debut on Hallmark+ this fall.
