Ivana Trump’s New York City townhouse is still up for grabs as it nears two years on the market.

The property was first listed for $26.5 million in November 2022, just four months after the businesswoman died at age 73 after falling down a staircase inside the home, PEOPLE previously reported.

In September 2023, the price was slashed down to $22.5 million before the listing was removed altogether in November that same year, according to property records. It was listed again this past June at an even lower price of $19.5 million.

Records indicate that Ivana, who was married to Donald Trump from 1977 to1992, first purchased the townhouse the same year she and the former president split. They shared three children together – Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric.

J. Roger Erickson of DouglasElliman and Adam D. Modlin of Modlin Group still jointly hold the listing.

The home features six stories, five bedrooms and five full bathrooms. It is located in the Lenox Hill neighborhood of Manhattan.

Inside the property, a gated elevator brings guests to each level in the townhouse, in addition to the grand, curved staircases. Vast windows that overlook the interior courtyard can be found in the Versailles-inspired dining room.

Keeping up with the theme, lavish finishes like a cryst -

al chandelier and silk wallpaper are featured throughout the first floor, while a gold-embossed marble fireplace adorns the second floor living room.

French doors leading out to the private terrace can be found in the expansive primary bedroom on the third floor. The ensuite bathroom is clad in pink onyx marble and includes a double sink and large soaking tub.

Guest rooms on the remaining floors overlook the tree tops of 64th Street. The impressive space also boasts a media room and a sauna.

Ivana died inside her home from blunt force injuries to her torso as a result of her fall, according to the New York City Examiner's Office. She was pronounced dead on the scene and her death was ruled as an accident.

Her funeral Mass was held in New York City and attended by Donald Trump and their children. The altar featured a display of red roses and 73 candles to commemorate each year of her life. She was laid to rest in a private plot at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, N.J. where the former president frequently spends time in the summer.
