Millions of people tuned into CBS to watch Billy Joel‘s Madison Square Garden concert earlier this year, and the special — celebrating his 100th consecutive performance at MSG — has spurred a rush of last-minute ticket sales for his remaining residency dates.

Joel plays his final MSG show this Thursday, July 25 and tickets are selling for more than $10,500 per seat, according to Gametime (the cheapest seats on the site are $509, as of this writing).

Joel and Madison Square Garden Entertainment announced last year that the singer will end his record-breakingresidency at the iconic New York venuethis Thursday. Joel started his 2024 tour in Seattle on May 24 and ends his run in Vegas on November 9.

The Piano Man will be joined by some legendary artists for some of these dates, with Stevie Nicks appearing with him in Chicago, Rod Stewart in Cleveland, and Sting in St. Louis, San Antonio and Las Vegas.
