On Friday, April 5, the So You Think You Can Dancealum, 29, and her husband, Derek Hough, attended an exclusive cocktail reception hosted by Dana Walden and Alan Bergman to celebrate the official launch of Hulu on Disney+.

Erbert looked elegant, wearing a white puff-sleeve dress with floral detailing. Hough, 38, opted for a light blue suit and a colorful lapel pin.

The event appearance marked the end of a day that began with Erbert announcing that she is cleared to join Hough again on theSymphony of Dance tour.

After a tour performance in Washington, D.C., in December 2023, the dancer wasdiagnosed with a cranial hematomafrom a burst blood vessel.

Following the craniectomy, sheunderwent cranioplasty surgeryto"replace a large portion of her skull," and the tour was postponed.

"I am just so excited to get back out and dance again after having something so traumatic happen," Erbert told PEOPLE.

To perform together on the tour that will kick off in Melbourne, Florida, on April 14, Hough tells PEOPLE they've "had extensive conversations and tests and results from different doctors."

"She's all clear, and we're all just amazed by her and can't wait to go out there and put on a great show and an emotional show, -

4; Hough said, noting that Erbert has an "amazing team" surrounding her that is making sure she is "good and healthy."

Erbert shared with PEOPLE that apart from getting to dance on tour again, it now holds an even more special meaning.

"Dance has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and so I'm just really excited to get out there and do what I love and also to see the people that have supported me throughout this entire healing journey," she said.

The professional dancer echoed similar sentiments while sharing a clip from their rehearsal on Instagram.

"What a blessing (and surprise) it is to be able to be back on stage dancing with my love after such a crazy past four months," Erbert wrote. "My healing journey has been nothing short of extraordinary and being able to dance again is igniting my soul in all the ways; speeding up my recovery even more."
