Halle Bailey is loving Sabrina Carpenter's new music!

On Tuesday, July 23, Bailey, 24, shared a clip of herself on Instagram singing a slowed-down, soulful version of Carpenter's No. 1 smash hit "Please Please Please," which was released last month.

"Please, please, please / Don't prove I'm right / And please, pleasе, please / Don't bring me to tears when I just did my makeup so nice," Bailey sings in the video.

Warning: video contains profanity

"woke up with this song in my headdd i love itt ????," the Little Mermaid actress captioned the post.

The clip got the attention of Carpenter, who commented, "😭😭😭 heavenly perfect angel."

The "Espresso" singer, who has also released a slowed-down version of the track on Spotify, then reposted the video on her Instagram Stories, writing, "heart eyes and heart ears !!!"

Bailey's sister Chloe was also among those commenting on the clip, writing, "angelic!!!!!! my angel."

The rendition comes after Carpenter dropped the music video -

for "Please Please Please" last month, starring her boyfriend Barry Keoghan.

The Saltburn actor appears throughout most of the video, which begins with Carpenter getting released from jail — seemingly a nod to her arrest at the end of her "Espresso" music video — and locking eyes with a fellow inmate (Keoghan).

Keoghan's character is then released and the couple quickly start their relationship, but he ends up returning to his criminal ways.

Toward the end of the video, Carpenter reluctantly joins Keoghan while he robs a woman at gunpoint and then later gets arrested once more.

She ends up taking him home from jail, before handcuffing him to a chair and taping his mouth shut, planting a kiss on him and abandoning him in an empty warehouse.

"Please Please Please" will feature on Carpenter's highly-anticipated new album, Short n' Sweet, which is set to be released on Friday, Aug. 23.
