Exclusive Source: Joe Manganiello and Caitlin O'Connor Are 'Going Strong' 1 Year After His Divorce

Joe Manganiello has only one woman on his mind.

A year after the actor listed July 2, 2023 as his official date of separation from ex-wife Sofía Vergara when he filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences," Manganiello is focused on his new girlfriend, Caitlin O'Connor.

Manganiello, 47, started seeing O'Connor in September after the two met in a mutual friend's kitchen, according to a source. Now, they are "coming up on 10 months" together, the source tells PEOPLE, and "they are still going strong."

"He treats her like a queen," the source says. "They love spending all of their time together."

The Magic Mike star and O'Connor, 34, are on "what seems to be a world tour of sorts," as they've been in Italy, Finland – to see Metallica – and recently enjoyed a "very romantic trip" to Paris.

"The Eiffel Tower was right outside their hotel room window. While in France they went to the Louvre, Versailles, the French Open and to see the band Tool," the source says.

The actress also joined Manganiello as he filmed Deal or No Deal Island in Panama, and was by his side for a One Tree Hill reunion in North Carolina in May.

A source previously told PEOPLE that neither Manganiello nor O'Connor were "expecting for things to get serious so quickly, but it's only a good thing."

The source noted the couple are "super, super happy together," "very affectionate" and are always "looking out for each other."

Vergara, 51, has also moved on in the year since the divorce. On June 29, she stepped out for a dinner date in L.A. with her boyfriend, Justin Saliman, who she has been linked to since October.

The pair were first seen together at Funke restaurant in Beverly Hills, as they were both in attendance for Kim Kardashian's 43rd birthday celebration, and have since been seen together numerous times, though the Griselda actress has not publicly confirmed her relationship status.

For the cover of PEOPLE's Beautiful Issue, though, she shared that she's "maybe" dating someone, and that when it comes to a partner, she knows what she wants: "Health. Money. Fun. With Kids."

Vergara also revealed she's open to marriage again, admitting, "You never know what the future is going to bring."
