Ashley Tisdale Shares Cute Photos from Baby Daughter Emerson's 'First Beach Day' Alongside Big Sister Jupiter

Ashley Tisdale is enjoying life as a newly-minted mom of two.

On Monday, Sept. 16, the High School Musicalalum, 39, shared a cute Instagram carousel filled with pictures from her day spent at the beach with her baby daughter Emerson, whom she welcomed on Sept. 6, and 3-year-old daughter Jupiter, both of whom she shares with husband Christopher French, 42.

"Emerson’s first beach day 🩵🐚," the proud mom excitedly shared in her caption.

To start her post, Tisdale shares a sweet snap of herself and Jupiter posing in front of the ocean. The actress wears a gray sweat set with a blue baby carrier across her chest that holds Emerson.

Next to her, the toddler rocks a yellow tutu and matching long-sleeve shirt with a picture of Curious George on the front.

Next, a video shows French smiling for the camera with his arm around his wife before panning to show the ocean waves in front of them. In another video, the family of four can be seen taking a ride in a golf cart filled with beach day supplies as Jupiter excitedly babbles in the background.

time with her little ones, she recently got candid about the realities of welcoming a newborn on Instagram on Thursday, Sept. 12.

Sharing a snap of herself in a maternity room while in labor, Tisdale wrote on her Instagram Stories, “@buddywporter did my blow out the night before my labor, I was like ‘I want to look good when this baby comes out.’”

“But of course we never know how labor is gonna go and after having to do rotating positions to keep the baby’s heart rate up, I put my hair in a bun and then threw up on myself,” she continued alongside a laughing face emoji. “So let’s just be real and not try so hard sometimes lol.”

Tisdale also shared a carousel post of her time in the hospital. Beginning with the same photo of herself sitting on a birthing ball, the carousel also included a video of the maternity room decorated with candles as French and Tisdale's doula Lori Bregman stood close by.

Thanking her doula for transforming the room for her, Tisdale captioned the post, “@lbreggymade my labor a magical zen space again just like we did before. This time we had@beingfrenshepalo santo collection with us so we were the best smelling room ????."
