Armie Hammer is addressing alarming claims against him.

The Death on the Nile actor, 37, appeared on Piers Morgan Uncensored to discuss past allegations made against him — including accusations of sexual and physical abuse, as well as cannibalism.

“Let’s first of all address the elephant in the room. Are you a cannibal?” the English broadcaster, 59, asked Hammer in the interview’s opening scene.

The actor replied: “You know what you have to do to be a cannibal? You have to have actually eaten someone.”

Morgan later asked Hammer point-blank if he had ever "eaten any human flesh," to which Hammer responded, "No. Not a question I'd ever thought I'd have to answer by the way. But no, never."

During the in-depth interview, which lasted more than an hour, Hammer spoke about several of the headline-making claims about him throughout the years, and how they affected his mental health and his family.

He was also asked about his past relationships, more so the affairs he had while married to his now ex-wife, Elizabeth Chambers.

The former husband and wife were married from 2010 to 2023, and share daughter Harper, 9, and son Ford, 7.

“This was a very intense affair, very sexually charged, between two people with very similar proclivities and kinks,” he said of his former girlfriend, Effie Angelova.

Angelova had accused Hammer of sexual assault, stating during a 2021 press conference: "On April 24th, 2017, Armie Hammer violently raped me for over four hours in Los Angeles, during which he repeatedly slammed my head against a wall, bruising my face. He also committed other acts of violence against me to which I did not consent.”

Other women came forward with similar allegations, claiming the actor was into cannibalistic fantasies and BDSM, but at the time, the Los Angeles Police Department determined there was “insufficient evidence to charge Mr. Hammer with a crime." (Per WebMD, BDSM is "a variety of sexual practices that include bondage, d -

iscipline, dominance, submission, and sadism.")

“Any of those conversations that we had inside of that relationship, when you take them outside of that context and put them into broad daylight, it doesn’t look so good,” Hammer told Morgan.

“You know, different people have different sexual fantasies," the Hotel Mumbai actor continued. "And there’s a very broad spectrum of sexuality, and people are allowed to engage with their own sexuality however it fits them and what they do."

He added that he believes the cannibalism rumors were “born out of a desire, to sort of like, ‘I want you so completely’, and ‘I want you so totally’ that it’s almost like ‘I want to eat you.’ ”

Hammer was also previously accused of branding ex-girlfriend Paige Lorenze with a knife.

“Just like the tip of a small knife … I mean, there wasn’t even blood in the situation. It was more like a scrape. It’s along the lines of couples getting their own initials tattooed on each other,” he told Morgan of adding an “A” to her skin.

Hammer claimed the repercussions of the accusations made him consider suicide, but he decided against it because of his kids.

He added that he had to undergo a psycho-legal evaluation during a custody battle with Chambers, 41.

“During the time of the evaluation, I was only allowed to be around the kids with supervision, a therapist,” he recalled, saying at one time he wasn't allowed to take his kids to the bathroom.

“It was tough. It was a dark time for everybody.”
