Bijou Phillips is moving on with a new beau, Jamie Mazur.

Phillips and Mazur were first spotted together on a stroll in New York City's Central Park in June 2024, when a source told PEOPLE that she seemed "much happier" and "more relaxed lately" in her new relationship. Their outing came a few months after she filed for divorce from Danny Masterson, who was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison in September 2023 for raping two women in the early 2000s.

On Jan. 2, the couple stepped out for another date night at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles. Following their outing, a source close to the pair told PEOPLE that it's "real" between them.

"They've been together since the summer and he's so in love," the insider added.

Mazur co-founded Re/Done, a vintage-inspired denim brand, in October 2014, per his LinkedIn. He launched the company alongside his partner, Sean Barron.

Two years later, Barron told Coveteur that the idea came to them during a conversation over lunch.

"We were talking about Levi’s and how all the cool girls loved to wear vintage Levi’s but they have a hard time finding a pair," Barron said.

He recalled that Mazur asked, "Is there any way you could do that on a production level?" to which Barron responded, "No way, impossible."

Barron said they sold out in 20 minutes when they launched the business, which is now an official partner of Levi's Jeans. Although the company was originally founded in L.A., Re/Done has expanded internationally with locations from East Hampton, N.Y., to Seoul, per the brand's website.

Mazur previously had a company called Underground Denim, which he told Drapers in September 2018 was "basically a mobile sample sale of vintage denim."

"If I have been engaged to him for eight years, then it’s not my priority," the model told Cosmopolitan in 2016 of why she and Mazur hadn't tied the knot yet. "I have a lot of things going on, and I haven’t got married because I’m so busy. I’ll think about that when I have time off."

Phillips and Mazur were spotted together for the first time in June 2024, when they were seen on a stroll in Central Park sporting casual denim outfits. That same month, a source told PEOPLE that they had been "dating for a couple of months now."

Their stroll came less than a year after Phillips filed for divorce from Masterson following his 30-year-to-life prison sentence for raping two women.

Following their Central Park outing, a source told PEOPLE that the couple met "through friends."

"He was initially just a confidant and someone safe that she could talk to," the source said. "He's added a spark to her life."

"Her main focus will always be her daughter," the insider said, adding that it's "nice to see that Bijou also takes care of herself too though. It's great to see her smiling more."

Phillips has one daughter, Fianna Francis, with Masterson. A source told PEOPLE in June 2024 that Phillips "had a hard time" and was "incredibly sad for their daughter" in the wake of Masterson's sentencing.

When she filed for divorce from Masterson in September 2023, Phillips' lawyer, Peter A. Lauzon, told PEOPLE that the actress "acknowledges that Mr. Masterson is a wonderful father to their daughter." A month later, Masterson signed over full legal and physical custody of Fianna to Phillips with request for visitation rights.

Meanwhile, Mazur shares two children — daughter Anja and son Noah — with his ex-fiancée.

In June 2021, Mazur shared a photo of his children on Instagram, writing, "All that matters to me."
