Target is already gearing up for the 2024 Halloween season — with a returning favorite!

The company announced this week that it will once again be selling its popular Lewis the Pumpkin Ghoul decoration piece, which went viral after it was first released last year.

"From appearances in national news outlets to nearly 34 million views of the #MyNameIsLewis hashtag on TikTok, our 8-foot-tall Lewis made his mark in a big, not-very-scary way ... and sold out in the first week," Target said in a press release.

Lewis — whose go-to quote, "I am not a jack-o'-lantern. My name is Lewis," helped him gain internet popularity — is currently available for purchase online and will be available in stores starting in late August, per Target.

Alongside the beloved prop, Target also announced that Lewis the Pumpkin Ghoul will be joined by some new "ghoul friends" this Halloween season — Pumpkin Rocker Billy ($150), Bruce the Skeleton Ghoul ($180) and Pumpkin Iron Lewcy ($20).

According -

to Target, Pumpkin Rocker Billy is "a 70-inch-tall ’80s rock 'n' roll pumpkin who sings and plays a mean green guitar," while Bruce the Skeleton Ghoul is "an 8-foot-tall skeleton with six sayings of his own."

Pumpkin Iron Lewcy, meanwhile, is "a 40-inch ’80s aerobic ghoul who wants you to know she’s pumped for Halloween."

The store also plans to release Little Lewis ($30), a mini version of the fan-favorite item, which is described as "a 65-inch version of Lewis that brings the same sayings to smaller spaces ... at a great value."

In a statement, Jill Sando, Target’s executive vice president and chief merchandising officer of apparel & accessories, home and hardline, said, "We loved seeing how much joy Lewis brought to families last Halloween, so we’re thrilled to announce that not only is he returning, but he's bringing new friends."

"This is Target at its best, delivering surprise-and-delight moments and even more newness," she added. "And Lewis & Friends are so excited to help consumers celebrate, they’re not waiting until October.”
