On Sunday, July 21, the nature conservationist's husband Chandler Powell, 27, shared a series of photos on his Instagram from his trip with daughter Grace Warrior, 3, to Singapore. In one sweet photo, Powell holds his toddler daughter while his parents smile in the background.

The proud dad also included a few snaps of Grace exploring the country, walking on an overhead bridge, curled up into a metal tiger and visiting animals at the zoo.

"Grace’s fourth country!! 🎉 My parents met us in Singapore and we spent a week exploring this incredible part of the world. Grace was in her element. Very thankful for this time together," Powell wrote in his caption.

Grace appeared to be having the best time as she fed the animal, smiling and laughing. "This is the happiest anyone has ever been to feed a tortoise. Grace’s JOY. ????????#AustraliaZoo," Irwin captioned her post.

OnMother's Day this year, Powell shared a sweet photoon Instagramof Irwin, himself and the couple's daughter.

"This amazing woman right here ❤️ She is the most incredible mama, caring wife and all around just beautiful person. I’m so grateful she is Grace’s mama. Happy Mother’s Day, @bindisueirwin," Powell began his caption, which was posted alongside a selfie photo taken by Irwin that showed little Grace on her mom's back and Powell leaning into the shot. All three sported huge grins in the sweet pic.

"This photo is all of us laughing because Grace thought it was the funniest thing ever that her rake could stand up in the recycling bin. 😂," Powell continued in his caption, explaining the story behind the smiling shot.
